Brandon is a seasoned operations leader with over a decade of experience in underground utility locating, subsurface utility mapping, and damage prevention across both private and contract sectors. Before founding TerraEdge Utility Solutions, Brandon served as Operations Manager for Canadian Locators and Head of Operations for Tierra Geomatics, where he managed contracts for some of Canada’s largest telecommunications companies, including Bell and Rogers Communications.

One of Brandon’s career highlights came during a major industry transition when Rogers Communications integrated into the Alberta One Call system. Faced with one of the largest ticket influxes in recent years with over 14,000 locate requests in just three months. Brandon successfully led a rapid operational scale-up, expanding the field team from 10 to over 35 technicians in only two months. This was achieved through his strategic planning, hands-on leadership, and the dedication of his team, ensuring quality standards and service delivery were maintained under intense demand.

At TerraEdge Utility Solutions, Brandon applies his expertise in high-volume operations, team leadership, and client relationship management to deliver accurate, safe, and efficient underground utility locating services. His approach blends technical precision with operational efficiency, ensuring every project meets the highest safety and quality standards.
